Marketing Manager Maida Vale School & Ravenscourt Park Prep

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Communications Manager to work closely with the Head of Marketing and Comms in the delivery of marketing plans for a group of Independent Schools based in West and North West London.

The role covers all two schools in the Gardener Schools Group – Maida Vale School and Ravenscourt Park Prep in Hammersmith. The post holder will assist in the management of content for distribution across our digital and social media channels, as well as traditional print and publications, with the aim of increasing the recruitment of pupils and staff. You will have proven experience in digital and traditional marketing and have experience in creating engaging content and campaigns. You will also use your excellent communication skills to manage content on the School’s website, in its newsletters and publications ensuring the consistent presentation of the Group’s brand across the School’s communication channels. You will work with the Head of Marketing and Comms, Admissions teams and Heads to curate and surface the many excellent news stories and activities that occur within the schools. You will be knowledgeable and skilled in photography, video editing where necessary, and able to quickly turnaround stories and ideas, while managing multiple deadlines.

Science Technician

As the Science Technician, you will be responsible for providing general and practical support in the school science laboratories to assist all class teachers in providing pupils with a relevant and effective experience. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment, as well as promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.

Head of Economics and Business Studies

Our new Head of Economics & Business Studies will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the department and will lead on a full range of operational and
strategic matters, including the Economics & Business Studies curriculum and cocurricular; the Sixth Form Economics & Business Studies experience including Year 11 retention; furthering the promotion of the department in the school and beyond. We are looking for a Head of Department who is an excellent teacher, whose fantastic communication and organisational skills will enable all members of the department to progress and all pupils to achieve outstanding results. You will have a desire to lead within and beyond the school community and will be prepared to think differently, both independently and collaboratively, with an overarching ambition for the school.

Teacher of Economics & Business Studies

Graduate Sports Assistant

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join the Physical Education department at Maida Vale School, an Independent London day school, to support PE and Games lessons and mid-week fixtures.
The role of the Graduate Sports Assistant is to provide support across the department and to work alongside the PE and Games teaching team. The successful candidate will be able to coach at least two of our major sports (netball, hockey, rugby, football, cricket, athletics, rackets) in addition to the duties mentioned in the job description.

Teacher of Design & Technology

Design and Technology Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Design & Technology Technician to join the Maida Vale School community. The role of the DT technician is maintain and prepare classrooms and workspaces, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for teaching. This is an exciting opportunity to join a popular and impressive department in a modern and expanding school. Responsibilities include assembling teaching resources, managing equipment storage, supporting displays, ensuring Health and Safety compliance, assisting in lessons, supervising CAM equipment, and designing teaching aids. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles, strong organisational skills, knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, and the ability to support students effectively. Proficiency with CAM equipment is desirable.
