Office Assistant

Maida Vale School was opened in 2020, the fourth school to be opened by The Gardener Schools Group. It is a dynamic, fast-evolving and exciting place to work, and one where mutual support amongst colleagues is part of the school’s culture. We are looking to appoint a fulltime Office Assistant who will support the work of the School Office Manager and the Head of Admissions, and be at the heart of the school’s daily operating. The successful candidate will be flexible and proactive in their approach, and an individual who will be excited at being involved in the continued development of a new school, and with the energy to make it a success. Visiting Music Teacher (Singing)

This is an exciting opportunity to join Maida Vale School’s community. The school Music Department is seeking an experienced Singing teacher on a self-employed basis to commence in September 2024. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading pupils to achieve outstanding results, in terms of both general progress, solo and ensemble performance and, where appropriate, in Rock School / Trinity /ABRSM exam results. We are also keen to hear from candidates who can teach or play other instruments.

Marketing Manager Maida Vale School & Ravenscourt Park Prep

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Communications Manager to work closely with the Head of Marketing and Comms in the delivery of marketing plans for a group of Independent Schools based in West and North West London.

The role covers all two schools in the Gardener Schools Group – Maida Vale School and Ravenscourt Park Prep in Hammersmith. The post holder will assist in the management of content for distribution across our digital and social media channels, as well as traditional print and publications, with the aim of increasing the recruitment of pupils and staff. You will have proven experience in digital and traditional marketing and have experience in creating engaging content and campaigns. You will also use your excellent communication skills to manage content on the School’s website, in its newsletters and publications ensuring the consistent presentation of the Group’s brand across the School’s communication channels. You will work with the Head of Marketing and Comms, Admissions teams and Heads to curate and surface the many excellent news stories and activities that occur within the schools. You will be knowledgeable and skilled in photography, video editing where necessary, and able to quickly turnaround stories and ideas, while managing multiple deadlines.
