Maida Vale Sponsor the PA at Queen’s Park Day
Queen’s Park Day is a beloved local event which takes place on our doorstep. It is part village fete and part festival as it brings together a whole community.
This year’s event is scheduled for Sunday, September 15th, from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. We will be sponsoring the PA system and will have a small gazebo stand. If you are coming please drop by and say hello and meet some of our staff.
Highlights of the day include
- Live Entertainment: Enjoy performances at the bandstand and community stage, including Mr. Alexander’s Travelling Show, flamenco dancing, and the Hammersmith Morris Dancers
- Dog Show: The event kicks off with a dog show, featuring various competition classes
- Falconry Display: Millets Falconry will showcase an impressive birds of prey display
- Tug of War: Participate in the Tug of War competition and vie for the coveted trophy
- Competitions: Engage in making and baking competitions, from chilli jam to creative cardboard constructions.
- Food Stalls: A wide array of world food and beverages will be available
We are delighted to be sponsoring Queen’s Park Day again this year. It is a wonderful event that brings a whole community together.
